PO received, WayTech project engineer will contact direct with customer to manage the projects, arrange the DFM, 2D/3D mold design and provide timing plan;

When the design get approved after the review with customer, project enginner will have a meeting with factory to make the processing plan, during the manufacturing the engineer will keep sending weekly process report with latest pictures to let customer know the actual status.    

The mold trial we provide as below:

   -mold trial report,

   -molding parameter,

   -mold trial video,

    -part inspection report,

   -steel CMM report,

    Mold shipping documents we provide as below:

      -mold design data
       2D data
       3D data
       BOM
       Manifold design

      -Mold checklist sheet

      -Steel and heat-treat certificate

      -Final injection parameter

      -Others that customer required

Mold shipped not means project accomplish, WayTech will keep providing the supports to customer untill the mold run well at customer side.
